Services

Growbly provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management, SEO, web development, content creation, and social media management. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work commences.

Payments

All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them. Growbly retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to advertising accounts, websites, and tools. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and outcomes.

Results Disclaimer

All case study results and performance metrics on this website reflect actual client outcomes but are not guarantees of future results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, budget, and product quality.

Limitation of Liability

Growbly is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the most recent billing period.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration in Lahore.
