The Objective

Transform CoverX.pk from a local manufacturer into a dominant e-commerce brand. The goal was to prove that specialized, custom-fit top covers could outperform generic imports through aggressive digital marketing and conversion-focused web design.

The Marketing & Ad Strategy

We didn’t just “run ads”; we engineered a high-efficiency sales engine.

  • Performance Marketing: With a total ad spend of approx. 3.5 Lac PKR, we implemented a multi-stage funnel on Meta  Ads.

  • Targeting: We shifted from broad interest targeting to intent-based audiences, focusing on specific car owners (250+ models) who were actively seeking protection from Pakistan’s harsh climate.

  • The Result: Generated 25 Lac PKR in total sales, achieving a stellar 7.1x ROAS.

The CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Overhaul

Driving traffic is useless if the site doesn’t convert. We treated the Shopify store as a high-pressure sales environment:

  • Reducing Friction: We simplified the selection process for the 4 core fabrics (Microfiber, PVC Cotton, Neon Silver, and Parachute), ensuring customers could identify their “perfect fit” in under 30 seconds.

  • Trust Architecture: Integrated 24/7 support visibility (12:00 AM – 12:00 AM) and high-quality “Made in Pakistan” branding to eliminate buyer hesitation.

  • Mobile-Speed Optimization: Since 80%+ of our conversions came from mobile, we stripped away heavy scripts to ensure lightning-fast load times during high-traffic ad bursts.

SEO & Long-Term Growth

While the ads drove immediate revenue, we built a “moat” around the brand with SEO:

  • Topical Authority: Dominating keywords like “Custom Car Covers Pakistan” and “Waterproof AC Covers.”

  • Content Hubs: Educational guides comparing fabric durability, which improved organic trust and lowered our overall blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Final Performance Metrics
